What the announcement includes
Google describes shared context across interfaces, reusable skills, tool connections, multiple model choices, and agents acting under their own identities. It also presents project spending limits and administration controls. These are claims about the announced enterprise offering; the article does not establish which features are enabled in your organization's account.
Choose a workflow with a visible finish
Our suggested first test is a task with an output someone can check: for example, turn a selected folder of project notes into a draft weekly status report. Specify which documents count as evidence, who the report is for, and what a complete draft must contain. A bounded task lets you see whether the system connects the correct material without letting an ambiguous instruction expand indefinitely.
Keep the first output inside a review step. Ask a person who understands the project to mark invented details, missing issues and references that point to the wrong document. Count the time spent checking and correcting the result. A completed task matters more than the number of operations the agent performed along the way.
Questions for a pilot
- Which connectors and account types are available in your tenant?
- Can the agent see only the documents intended for this task?
- Who owns the result, and where is the activity record?
- What is the budget for a run, including tools and retries?
- How does an operator stop or revise a task already in progress?
