StreamRender-H3: separating game rules from generated video

The NVIDIA research demo uses a coded game engine for state and a streaming diffusion model for visuals; published timings rely on specified GB200 hardware.

StreamRender-H3 connects a coded game engine with a streaming video renderer. The engine maintains the map, physics and player input; a video model produces the appearance of each scene from structural conditions.

The official research page demonstrates a driving scene whose visual style can change while the underlying world remains controlled by code. It also documents causal decoding and latency optimizations.

One reported diffusion-render timing uses eight GB200 GPUs. This is a research configuration, not evidence that the full demonstration runs on an ordinary consumer GPU. The page supplies source links but no independently verified launch timestamp, so this is published as a research overview.
